| ****ATTENTION MOTORCYCLE VENDORS**** MOTORCYCLE VENDOR CHECKLIST/REGULATIONS Your camping spot is also included in the price for up to 2 people and we will feed you the pig roast on Saturday for free. 1. Biker Pow Wow Rally begins June 6, 2008 and ends June 08, 2008. Set up would need to be on June 5th 2. Vending is allowed only at locations that have been approved from the property owner. Your application can't be approved without it. 3. Mail the payment PAYABLE to Brenda Southerly care of Construction Solutions 1623 Beulah Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004 Or send your payment to pay pal at coyote_manager@hotmail.com 4. Deadlines for the Biker Pow Wow are as follows: · Checks for payment will not be accepted after May 25, 2008 · Any and all applications that are received after May 25, 2008 will be charged an additional $50.00 NO EXCEPTIONS. · Non Profit organization late fees are $25. 5. TAX FEE included in vending price spots are 10 x 10 vending spots EXAMPLE: IF YOU HAVE 3 SPACES AT THE POW WOW,YOU PAY $125+$125+125=$375.00 NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS $75.00, $25.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SPACE ON SAME PROPERTY FOOD VENDORS - THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL HEALTH INSPECTION FEE OF $50 PER SITE. 6. SUBLETTING OF VENDING SPACE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 7. All vendors must read and comply with the safety regulations. All Food Vendors must comply with the State of CO regulations for food vending. These regulations will be attached to your applications and license. You will be inspected for compliance with these regulations. 8. Your camping spot is included and we will feed you on Saturday with the pig roast 9. More that 2 people per vendor spot will be charged an additional camping spot of 45.00 if they are planning on staying on the property. |
